Booking online has never been easier. All you need is to follow these 3 simple steps and you will be on your way to your next hair appointment.

1. Sign in with your username and password—if you are a new client click 'create new profile'
2. Once signed on, select the desired service and click 'ok'
3. Select staff member, date and time of desired service and click 'ok'

That's it! Your appointment is booked and you'll soon receive an email confirmation. If you are an existing client of The Lounge, the need to confirm your appointment with your Visa is not required. Contact the salon to upgrade your access.

In respect of your stylist and clients booked after you, please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. You will be asked to provide a credit card to guarantee your initial visit. You will be reminded of your appointment 48 hours beforehand. If you must cancel after this reminder you will be charged the full price of your appointment.
